An easy-to-make, delicious and healthy recipe that will take chicken to a whole new level!
As a person that struggles to find new dinner ideas on a daily basis, this chicken is so versatile, you can literally make multiple dinners out of it.
I decided to use chicken thighs but feel free to use any part of the chicken you'd like. Drumsticks and breast would definitely work!
You will need plain yogurt, oilve oil and spices of your choice.
I kept it simple and used salt, pepper, garlic powder and mixed Italian herbs.
