Quick and easy breakfast meal prep idea
This breakfast is perfect for meal prep. You can refrigerate for up to 3 days and that settles your breakfast for the upcoming days! It's healthy and tastes exactly like tiramisu.

Ingredients in Tiramisu Overnight Weetabix
You will need, greek yogurt or plain yogurt mixed with honey or maple syrup.
You will also need your favorite espresso. I used a shot of my favorite Nespresso pod. Use Weetabix mixed with the coffee then cocoa powder as a final layer. Just like the real deal!

- 1 container
- 1 tablespoon
Ingredients
- 2 Weetabix crumbled
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 tub greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Grab your container and crumble the Weetabix.
- Pour the shot of espresso and mix together.
- Add the greek yogurt mixed with honey on top to form a layer.
- Sift the cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
