A cozy and comforting brunch dish...

A healthy, cozy brunch idea!
Shakshuka has got to be one of my favorite brunch dishes. It's such a warm and comforting dish...and let's face it, who doesn't love dipping bread in a warm, delicious sauce?

Ingredients in shakshuka
You will need:
Eggs, of course.
A small onion and about 2 garlic cloves or more according to preference.
Paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. The paprika is totally optional here!
Tomato sauce.
You will also need a handful of fresh parsley, olive oil and feta or parmesan to top the shakshuka. Again, these are totally optional!
Tools you will need to make this
You don’t really need much to make this recipe and you can easily use what you already have on hand.
You will need:
- 1 pan (choose a deep one) or cast iron skillet
- 1 cutting board
For measuring: 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp, 1 tbsp.
