Who doesn't love a good Reese's egg? This healthier version will totally hit the spot!

Ingredients in Reese's eggs
The texture in these eggs all comes together through the coconut flour and peanut butter so I wouldn't suggest changing anything in this recipe!
You will only need a couple of ingredients: Smooth peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup or honey and melted chocolate.
Tools you will need to make this
You don’t really need much to make this recipe and you can easily use what you already have on hand.
You will need:
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 tray lined with parchment paper
- 1 mixing spoon
For measuring: 1 tbsp, 1/2 cup, 1 cup.

Healthy Reese's Eggs

A quick and easy no-bake snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you all the Easter vibes!
Prep: 10 Refrigerate: 50 Total: 60 minutesYield 5 eggs
Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3.5 oz (100g) melted vegan chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional - for topping)
Method
- In a bowl, add the peanut butter, coconut flour and maple syrup and mix together until combined.
- Form the peanut butter dough into eggs and place on the tray (lined with parchment paper).
- At this point you can choose to freeze the eggs for about 30 minutes so that they will be easier to handle when dipping in chocolate.
- Dip each egg into the melted chocolate and place back onto the tray.
- Top with sea salt, refrigerate for at least 50 minutes then enjoy!
