A fun healthy twist of bounty bars

A quick and easy healthy snack idea
I'm all for easy recipes I can whip up in a couple of minutes and have on hand for the week. These are so perfect for that! Made with healthy, delicious ingredients, all vegan and dairy-free.

Ingredients in bounty balls
You will need:
Desiccated coconut, coconut milk and maple syrup. You can also sub with honey if you're not vegan.
Finally, you will need dark chocolate or any other chocolate you may prefer to coat them with.
Tools you will need to make this
You will need:
- Bowl to mix
- Bowl to melt the chocolate
- Spatula
- Tray lined with parchment paper
For measuring: 1 tbs, 1 cup.

Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate (100g)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut with the coconut milk and maple syrup.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
- Coat the balls in the chocolate then refrigerate for around 30-60 minutes.
