Healthier Chicken Nuggets Made With Minimum Ingredients
These chicken nuggets are so quick and easy to make! You only need a few ingredients that I'm sure you already have in your pantry and fridge. You can avoid using any oil if you air-fry them but you can also make them deliciously decadent if you decide to fry them. You can also make them even healthier by omitting the breadcrumbs outer layer and butter.

Ingredients in Chicken Nuggets
You will need one chicken breast. Boil it or use a crockpot to cook it then shred it. (This makes it easier to blend). Then grab your food processor and blend the chicken.
You will need 3 eggs, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and some herbs/spices. Use whatever you like there!

Equipment
- air-fryer (or you can bake/fry them)
- 1 big bowl
- 2 Small bowls
- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast shredded then blended using a food processor
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Make sure the chicken is blended thoroughly using a food processor.
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken with the eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a small bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs to another bowl.
- Start forming the nuggets then take each one and dip in butter then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Place on parchment paper.
- You have the option to air-fry/bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F or take the less healthy option and fry in some oil. Both turn out delicious!
