These falafels make the perfect lunch...

Crispy and Delicious!
These falafels have the perfect texture. So crispy and golden on the outside and warm and flakey on the inside.

Ingredients in falafels
These falafels are different than any other falafel recipe you'll make.
You will need chickpeas, garlic, spring onion, cumin, turmeric, oats, sesame seeds, olive oil and lemon juice.
You can opt to leave the cumin and turmeric out but they help maintain the flavors in this recipe and also the yellow color that falafels have.

You will need:
- 1 food processor
