The SOFTEST chocolate cake ever

This cake is so flavorful, soft and moist. You can easily leave out the pistachio if it's not your thing but oh boy do the flavors come together!

Ingredients in chocolate pistachio cake

I wouldn’t suggest changing anything in this recipe, keep the ingredients and measurements the same and you won’t be disappointed.

Use regular all-purpose flour for best results. I haven't tested other flours but if you do, feel free to leave me a comment below!

You will also need oil, hot water and instant coffee.

Use granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

Finally you will need 1/2 cup of ground pistachios.

I can’t wait to make this because it looks like a perfect chocolate cake texture and I adore pistachios. Your photo seems to show a nice icing on the cake. Can you share a recipe for this as well?

Response from The Heavenly Bakes
